If a tenant we place breaks the lease within the first 12 months, we will locate and place a replacement tenant at no additional leasing fee.

Average leasing fee savings of approximately $2,000.
All owner communications will receive a response from our team within 24 hours or less during business days. If you do not receive a response, one month management fee will not be charged.

Approximately $200 per occurrence (based on 10% management fee of $2,000 rent).
Every tenant placed in your property undergoes our complete screening process, including credit report review, background checks, income verification, employment verification, and rental history verification.

Proper screening helps prevent costly mistakes such as non-payment, property damage, and eviction, potentially saving $5,000 – $10,000 or more.
We actively monitor tenant compliance with the lease and HOA requirements. If violations occur, we promptly address the issue and enforce compliance to protect the property and the owner.

Avoiding HOA fines, property damage, and lease violations can save $1,000 – $3,000+ in potential expenses.
Your property will receive periodic inspections and professional oversight to ensure the home remains properly maintained and protected throughout the tenancy.

If you are not satisfied with our property management services, you may cancel the management agreement with 90 days written notice and no cancellation penalties.
