Eviction Coordination:Processing, along with attorney, of all tasks related to evicting a tenant in violation of their lease.
Inspections: Regular visits to verify tenants are respecting the unit and no hidden problems exist behind the scenes.
Attorney Held Sec Deposits:Tenant’s security deposit is escrowed under attorney safekeep. This keeps you fully compliant with Florida law and protect you from costly disputes, penalties, or legal mistakes.
